ION

The ION app is made exclusively for our subscribers. It can be used for Android OS 2.3 and later. Using this app an existing ION subscriber would be able to:

Renew broadband account :

A subscriber can renew broadband account by clicking on the renew now button on the home screen, the renewal date will effect from the date of renewal after adjusting the balance amount. Payment can be done through credit / debit card, wallet, net banking or can put in a payment pickup request to the collection team for making a cash or cheque payment or using a POS machine.

Advance Renew broadband account :

A subscriber can advance renew broadband account by clicking on the advance renew now button on the home screen. In this case the renewal date would not changed. Payment can be done through credit / debit card, wallet, net banking or can put in a payment pickup request to the collection team for making a cash or cheque payment or using a POS machine

Upgrade existing broadband package :

A subscriber can upgrade existing broadband package by clicking on the Upgrade Package button on the home screen. Following options are available

Put in a payment pickup request :

Subscriber can put in a payment pickup request with the company. A date and time can be selected through the option and the same is captured and conveyed to the collection team for further action.

Register a complaint :

Subscriber can launch a complaint through the app.

Rate an engineer:

Now as a customer you can rate the services delivered by our visiting engineer

Get notifications :

All notifications related to renewal reminders, pickup request status, complaint status and value added services will be visible under the notifications tab of the app.

एक ग्राहक घर स्क्रीन पर अब नवीनीकृत बटन पर क्लिक करके ब्रॉडबैंड अकाउंट नवीनीकृत कर सकते हैं, नवीकरण की तारीख शेष राशि समायोजित करने के बाद नवीकरण की तारीख से प्रभावी होगा। भुगतान क्रेडिट / डेबिट कार्ड, बटुआ, नेट बैंकिंग के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है या एक नकदी बनाने के लिए संग्रह टीम के लिए एक भुगतान पिक अनुरोध में डाल दिया है या भुगतान या एक पीओएस मशीन का उपयोग कर सकते हैं।

एडवांस ब्रॉडबैंड खाता नवीनीकृत:

एक ग्राहक घर स्क्रीन पर अब बटन को नवीनीकृत अग्रिम पर क्लिक करके ब्रॉडबैंड खाते को नवीनीकृत अग्रिम कर सकते हैं। इस मामले में नवीकरण की तारीख बदल नहीं होता। भुगतान क्रेडिट / डेबिट कार्ड, बटुआ, नेट बैंकिंग के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है या एक नकदी बनाने के लिए संग्रह टीम के लिए एक भुगतान पिक अनुरोध में डाल या भुगतान की जाँच करें या एक पीओएस मशीन का उपयोग कर सकते हैं

एक ग्राहक घर स्क्रीन पर उन्नयन पैकेज बटन पर क्लिक करके मौजूदा ब्रॉडबैंड पैकेज का उन्नयन कर सकते हैं। निम्न विकल्प उपलब्ध हैं

भुगतान पिक अनुरोध में रखो:

सब्सक्राइबर कंपनी के साथ एक भुगतान पिक अनुरोध में डाल सकते हैं। एक तारीख और समय विकल्प के माध्यम से चुना जा सकता है और एक ही कब्जा कर लिया है और आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए संग्रह टीम को अवगत करा दिया है।

शिकायत दर्ज करना :

सब्सक्राइबर एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से एक शिकायत शुरू कर सकते हैं।

एक इंजीनियर दर:

अब एक ग्राहक के रूप में आप हमारी जाकर इंजीनियर द्वारा दिया सेवाओं दर कर सकते हैं

सूचनाएँ प्राप्त करें :

नवीकरण अनुस्मारक, पिक अनुरोध स्थिति, शिकायत की स्थिति और मूल्य वर्धित सेवाओं से संबंधित सभी सूचनाएं एप्लिकेशन की सूचनाएँ टैब के अंतर्गत दिखाई जाएगी।
